My Heart Store guarantees that any item bought from us can be refunded or replaced up to 7 days upon receive under 100% Buyer Protection.
Acceptable Return Reasons
Your return can only be approved based on the following reasons:
1. Damaged item
2. Defective item
3. Item is not as advertised
4. Wrong item delivered
5. Missing parts
Items must be returned complete with free gifts, accessories, and in the original packaging with tags and labels attached. Returned items must be in unused/original condition, and must not be damaged by the purchaser.
Returns After 7 Days
Your item may not be returned after 7 calendar days upon receive under 100% Buyer Protection. Beyond this period, in case the item is covered by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer or supplier directly to organize the return.

Process for Returning an Item
1. Contact us at [email protected]
2. Provide us your Name and Order ID Number and the reason behind the return request
3. Attach picture or video file of the product of damage or defect
4. Allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your request
5. Once your request is approved, return the item to us and we will refund your money immediately
Reimbursement and Refund Options
There are 3 kinds of reimbursement: voucher, refund, replacement. Below is the list of options available for each type of reimbursement per return reason:
Costs of Refund
We charge a processing fee on all refund and cancellation requests. Payment companies (like PayPal and Credit Cards) charge a processing fee on all transactions, therefore such cost will be automatically deducted from our customers’ amount receivable upon requesting a refund or cancellation.
Also, all shipping costs are non-refundable for all processed orders.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To exchange an item please email us via [email protected] so we can approve the return. After the return is approved, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us write on the invoice what you would like exchanged. Once we receive it, we will review your case within 48 hours and send you the new product.
