When you place your order, we begin making your items (if necessary) or preparing your parcels as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers/regionals. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.
Once order has been processed, tracking number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is “not available” within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at email@example.com

If orders that have not arrived over 30 days after shipping out are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.
